The Stellar City is a proposed master-planned city concept for approximately 500,000 residents across 23,000 hectares in Orange County, California. This journal will document the proposal as it develops — planning studies, design work, and community dialogue.
All plans described here are conceptual and subject to feasibility studies, regulatory review, and government approval.
